Comair Suspension - Rebook on SAA - Customer Guidelines

The following guidelines have been published to assist any customers impacted by the temporary suspension of Comair services.

Ticket Issued Before All tickets issued by 31MAY2022 regardless original ticket issue date
Travel Dates 03JUN2022 31MAY2023 for connecting flights from/to a BA longhaul service
New Travel Dates 03JUN2022 31MAY2023 for connecting flights from/to a BA longhaul service
Rebooking Rules Rebook onto SA operated services within South Africa, HRE plus MRU for customers connecting to/from a BA longhaul service between the same point of origin and destination Rebook into Business, Economy using the following classes: Business D, Z only or lowest economy available Economy (lowest available) Y/H/S/L/W Must add OS SA INVOL REROUTE AS PER SA/BA AGREEMENT Add OS SA customer contact number Use the lowest class available for Economy If the same cabin is not available downgrade into lower cabin Do not involuntary upgrade

Comments Yes Add OS YY INVOL RRT DUE BA CANX AS PER BA/YY AGREEMENT (where YY is the new carrier i.e SA) OS YY PSGR or Agent phone number (where YY is the new carrier i.e SA) Add INVOL at the beginning of the Endorsement line before reissuing the original ticket
